held liable for commission to RE agent when
contract affirmatively provides for buyer to pay in
the event of buyers default? |

| A: | Thanks for your question. I don't recall seeing
such a case, but see no reason that a court
would not enforce a provision that clearly makes
a broker a third party beneficiary of a real estate
sales contract. |
