LLCs AND POWERS OF ATTORNEY |
| Q: | May a limited liability company convey real estate by and through an attorney in fact under a power of attorney?

| A: | Good question. I don't think I've ever considered it before. Probably, because it's just as easy for the LLC to appoint a member or manager to sign. I'm inclined to favor the view than an LLC could appoint an attorney in fact, though. TCQ 48-241-110 seems to lend support. |
